How do I place an order?

You may place your order through the website, by email or by telephone. If you are requesting items within the next 48 hours, please give us a call to ensure we have what you're looking for. Once you have submitted your request, we will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm product availability and pricing.

When will I be charged for my order?

Your credit card will be charged once you have completed and signed the rental agreement document.

How far in advance should I reserve?

We recommend you reserve your rental items as soon as your travel plans are confirmed to ensure we have availability. During peak times, it is best to book as far in advance as possible to avoid our most popular items selling out. 

Is there a minimum rental period?

No, there is no minimum rental period.

Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery is free to Collingwood and The Village of Blue Mountain.  We do also service the surrounding areas such as Wasaga Beach, Thornbury, Creemore & Stayner for a flat rate delivery fee of $20.  Rate includes delivery & pick up.  

How does delivery/pick-up work?

We work with many local accommodations providers. Whenever possible, we will coordinate the delivery and pick up directly to your rental so that the items will be waiting for you when you arrive.  All deliveries and pick ups are available between 9am - 5pm.

Do you offer discounts for extended rentals?

Yes! Please contact us for rentals longer than 1 week.

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that travel plans can change at the last minute and try to be as accommodating as possible.  Cancellations made within 48 hours of your delivery will incur a 2 day rental cost plus any delivery fee, if applicable. Cancellations over peak periods and holidays will require 30 days notice for a full refund.

Can I pick-up the rental items?

Items are available for delivery only.  We will happily deliver and set up items at your chosen accommodation.

What if the equipment is damaged during our rental period?

Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be at the renter's expense.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. Your credit card will not be charged until you've completed the rental agreement form. 

Are the products clean and safe?

All items are cleaned and sanitized after each rental using environmentally safe products and fragrance free laundry detergent. We monitor all product recalls to ensure all of our items are up to current safety standards.  In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have revised our cleaning procedures to ensure the upmost safety of our clients.  We have implemented a thorough cleaning of each item before it's rented and after it's returned with a Canadian government approved disinfectant, Spray Nine.
